Dennis Nicholl is a chicago man that used a cell phones jammer ( an instrument to prevent cellular phones from recieving signals from base stations, it disables cell phones) that is completely ilegal in the USA. The police started an investigation to catch the guilty person for the disabling of the cell phones from the zone. This man have been punished and he must pay $10000, without jail punishment, but he was nearly to go in there. It is said that this man didn't have malicious intentions, but he was selfish in thinking about himself.
